Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
